The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the lawn, so stilettos are probably a bad idea

GETTING THERE
West Coxsackie is a small town in the Hudson Valley
From Boston: 2.5 hours
From New York: 2 hours
From West Hartford, CT: 2 hours
It's also about 30 minutes to Hudson, NY where there are lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants
SHUTTLE
There will be 3 shuttles picking everyone up at both the Holiday Inn and Best Western. The hotels are close to each other, but below are estimate times:
TO THE WEDDING
First shuttle will depart at 2pm
Second shuttle will depart around 2:30pm
Last shuttle will depart around 3pm
END OF THE NIGHT
The early shuttle will depart at 8:45pm
